Walleye Stacker rigs are designed to have two baits at once. The 1/4 ounce Glow head Road Runner is on the bottom with a red hook. Above the head, is a #4 Stand Out hook. Use live bait or soft plastics. Or, use both and switch it up depending on the situation.
